Refund policy

Stocked pieces

Stocked pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we refund the full purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days. Return delivery is arranged and paid by you; we recommend an insured, tracked service — the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

Made-to-order pieces

Most Cast London pieces are held in stock. Where a piece is made to order, the product page says so and we confirm the lead time before you buy. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel an order for a standard-finish piece within 14 days of delivery. Pieces finished to your own specification through Cast Specified bespoke finishing are made to your specification and are excluded from cancellation once production begins.

Faults

If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Write to hello@castlondon.co.uk with your order number and photographs, and we will resolve it directly.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
