Shipping policy

United Kingdom

Delivery is £4.95, and complimentary on orders over £200. Orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Next-working-day delivery is available at checkout for £39.95 on in-stock pieces ordered before 2pm. Where a piece is not held in stock, the product page says so and we confirm the lead time on request. Bespoke-finished pieces dispatch from 30 days of finish approval, with the lead time confirmed in writing before you commit.

Every piece is checked before dispatch and sent by insured, tracked courier. You will receive tracking details by email when your order leaves us. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours to hello@castlondon.co.uk.

Outside the United Kingdom

International delivery is available by arrangement. Write to hello@castlondon.co.uk with your location and the pieces you are considering, and we will confirm cost and lead time before you order. Import duties and taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.
