1. Who we are

This website is operated by GACG Limited T/A Cast London (17282589), registered at 39 Hendon Lane, London N3 1RY. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to Cast London. Contact: hello@castlondon.co.uk.

2. Products

Every effort is made to display finishes and materials accurately. Brushed and living finishes vary piece to piece and develop with use; reasonable variation from imagery is a characteristic of the material, not a defect. Specifications may be refined; the specification current at the time of order applies.

3. Prices and payment

Retail prices include VAT. Trade prices shown to approved Cast Specified accounts exclude VAT, which is itemised before payment. We may correct pricing errors; where an error is obvious and unmistakable, we are not obliged to honour it. Payment is taken in full at the time of order, including for made-to-order pieces.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order where stock, pricing, or payment issues arise; anything paid is refunded in full.

5. Delivery, returns, cancellation

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms.

6. Cast Specified

Trade accounts, trade pricing, specification commission, and bespoke finishing are governed by the Cast Specified programme terms issued on approval. Where those terms conflict with these, the programme terms prevail for trade transactions.

7. Guarantee and liability

Our pieces are guaranteed against manufacturing defects as stated on the product page. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for installation carried out by others, for use contrary to our instructions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Intellectual property

All imagery, copy, product designs, and documents on this site are the property of Cast London. They may not be reproduced without written permission, except by trade customers for the purpose of specifying our products.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stands. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
